3. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate travel distances and display nearby matches on the feed.
• To verify umpire certification levels and display ratings on public directories.
• To process and log match completions and track umpire attendance (Participated / No Show).
• To send push and email notifications regarding application acceptances and schedule postponements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Your contact details (such as phone number) are only disclosed to the counterparties of a match once an application has been officially accepted, allowing match coordinators and umpires to communicate details directly. Public profiles (including name, certifications, base rate, and ratings) are discoverable on the platform directory.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and match data as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, personal profile details are permanently scrubbed from the database, while historical matches and reviews may be anonymized to maintain platform integrity.
